![]() What download method are you using in Quicken Mac? I'm guessing it's Direct Connect. See if the downloaded file has the transaction.and if it does see if the FITID is unique and not already listed.Īnd if the transaction did download previously and you somehow deleted it, the transaction will NOT download again. In Quicken Mac, you can see the downloaded FITID by clicking on the COLUMNS setting at the bottom of the register and selecting FITID. ![]() What happens if you download a transaction file for the previous two pay periods from Fidelity and open it with a Mac word processor or TextEdit? Do you see the transaction in the file? Is there a unique FITID associated with that transaction? Quicken will not download transactions unless the FITID is different than any previously downloaded FITID. Do you see the transaction on the Fidelity website?
